Lori Votapek, ARNP, FNP-BC Lori Votapek is a Family Nurse Practitioner and received both her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing degrees from Florida Gulf Coast University. She graduated Summa Cum Laude for her Bachelor’s degree. In addition, Votapek had received several honors such as the Master of Science Student Excellence Award, Crystal Scholarship Award from the Florida Nurses Association, and Outstanding Student Performance Award. She is nationally certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her previous clinical background focused on obstetrics, gynecology, and perinatology. Votapek is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Florida Nurses Association, and Tau Zeta Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society. |
