D'Angelo, M.D. Michael F. D'Angelo, M.D. graduated Summa Cum Laude from Creighton University in Omaha, NE and completed his medical degree with honors at Creighton University School of Medicine. He was elected into the prestigious international honor society of Alpha Omega Alpha for academic and clinical excellence. Dr. D'Angelo received his Urological Surgery training at the world renowned Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. There, he served as a Clinical Instructor and devoted an entire year to Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery training with an emphasis on Laparoscopic Partial Nephrectomy. He has published and presented numerous research papers at regional and national Urological conferences. In addition, he has been recognized by the Mayo Clinic faculty for his superb surgical skills and excellent clinical judgment. Most recently, Dr. D'Angelo received the prestigious Resident Achievement Award from The Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons for his contributions to the advancement of Laparoscopy in Urology.
